High TG and Low Dielectric Laminate

Lead-free assembly/soldering process subjects to higher temperature (eg. 280 degree), a higher TG laminate (ranging from 170 to 200) should therefore be used. Apart from high TG laminates but also other special laminates like BT laminate for VHF field PCB, or laminates in high TG with low dielectric for RF/high frequency field, are used ini our factory. Examples include G200; IS410; S1180; R4003; R4350

Green Laminate

Green Laminate or Halogen free laminate (being environmental friendly) are also available from us. Such CCL, thin core or PP include, FR-4, CEM-1;CEM-3 FR1. All these materials we use do not contain any of the unwanted non-green ingredients upon specificaition/request.
